The Sunflower Trail Ride is the premier women’s off-road event in the Midwest. With beginners class, beginners guided route, excellent food, friends, and raffle for new gear, this event is growing with every year! All skills levels, 4x4 levels, SxS’s, and build types are welcome and not just women! This event is for all to enjoy the trails and their vehicles. Sunflower was created to get women out on the trails. The 3rd annual ride is all set for Saturday August 29th at Kansas Rocks Recreation Park. This is a celebration of women on the trails. It is a great day of meeting and bonding with like minded women empowering each other through new challenges and exploration. Spend the day out on the trails building your skills as a driver and your confidence in yourself.
Bring your wife, daughter, mother, grandmother and share a day out on the trails!
Are you are a 1st time off-roader, but aren’t sure about driving? Please come! If you get there and decide you don’t want to drive, then you can jump in with someone for the first half of the day. If you choose you can drive in the afternoon. Come dip your toes in the water and get hooked!
New this year there will be an introductory 101 class for the beginners. You can opt-in for this class it is not mandatory. The people taking this class will be assigned a trail guide for the day.
