About Brantley
Background:
My wife Chayil and I have been married for 14 years. We have
two amazing kids, and a Boxer named Spencer.
My undergrad was in Biology, and I have a pair of master’s
degrees: one in microbial genetics and a second in
film/communication. I started my own marketing company in
2019.
How it began:
I’ve been a member of MWK since 2019, and a lifelong Jeep
enthusiast — starting with an XJ in high school, a YJ in college,
an XK, and now our JKU. Through Midwest Krawlers, we’ve met
incredible people and tackled obstacles — both on and off the
trail—that I never imagined were possible.
Passions and Interests:
I enjoy travel, hiking, fishing, working out, Cardinals baseball,
old-school Nintendo, and tackling projects around the house.
Vision:
Here at Midwest Krawlers, we leave no one behind, but we
leave no one where we found them! We’re a club where
everyone can belong. We’ll provide mentorship and help you
build confidence in your rig and your abilities, so that you can
become your best self, on and off the trails.
Community Involvement:
My family is active at our church. I’m also a member of F3
KCMO, a men’s leadership organization that builds leaders
through fitness, fellowship, and faith.
Just for fun
If you had a superpower, what would it be, and why?
I don’t think it’s a superpower, but I would love to have
Hermione Granger’s Time-Turner necklace. There’s just not
enough time in the day.
If you were an ice cream flavor, what would you be?
Rum Raisin, because it’s the perfect flavor to go with sauteed
sea bass, potatoes au gratin, and asparagus. IYKYK
