Off Road Freeks at Tuttle Creek

MWK goes to Tuttle Creek for the first time in 2023. A fun and free place to get some wheeling action in just outside Manhattan.
There are no facilities outside of one latrine so come prepared and bring a lunch and drinks.
This is a great park for those that want to learn a little more about rock crawling as there are many areas that have some ledges and rocky terrain that are on the mild side, making it a great place to learn. Of course, there is some wilder stuff for anyone who wants to partake in that. Would prefer those attending have All Terrain tires at minimum.
For the newer folks, we can have a small class on picking lines, traversing obstacles and listening to your spotter. If you did not get in as much action as you hoped to at Sunflower, join us here.
We will meet at the Lawrence Service area at MM209 on I-70. There is a fuel station and a McDonald’s there. We will be lined up in the truck parking at the McDonald’s. Be ready to roll out at 7am sharp. If you are running behind, you can meet us at the ORV park around 9am.
We will make a pitstop in Manhattan so you can top off your tank and the ladies can use a bathroom. The park is about another 20 minutes ahead.
